Responsibilities:
• Oversee all store operations to ensure smooth functioning, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of the menu, ensuring team members provide accurate and high-quality service.
• Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant in the absence of the director, handling financial outflow, staff performance, and overall business operations.
• Monitor and control cash handling, purchases, wastage, and administrative staff.
• Manage financial and operational reports and take necessary actions to meet business targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards.
• Lead and supervise all departments including kitchen, service, and admin staff.
Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Knowledge of POS systems, printer troubleshooting, and general restaurant operations.
• Good command of English and computer skills.
• Hospitality qualification is required.
• Expertise in roster management and reviewing employee schedules.
