*** Location: Chadstone Shopping Centre, Victoria
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Duty Manager to join our premium Chinese restaurant management team.
Salary: $75,000 + Super ($78,000 + Super after 3-month probation)
Free all-day staff parking

Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ restaurant management experience
Experience in premium Chinese or high-volume Asian restaurants preferred
Must have experience in large-scale restaurants (250+ seats)
Live seafood tank knowledge and experience is highly regarded
Must be fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin, and English
Strong leadership and customer service skills
Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Main Dining Room
Multiple Private Dining Rooms (PDRs)

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on leader who leads by example and works alongside the team.
This is not a stand-back management role. You will be actively involved in daily operations, service delivery, staff training, and guest experience.
You will be joining a Front of House team of over 40 staff members, working closely with an established management structure:
3 Duty Managers (we are completing the final position – it could be you)
3 Supervisors
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Duty Manager to complete our leadership team.
