Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for Kitchen Staff, Chef, and Service Crew. The responsibilities for this role include preparing and cooking a variety of South Indian dishes, ensuring hygiene best practices in the kitchen, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining quality standards. Service Crew team members will greet and serve customers, handle queries, and ensure excellent customer service to deliver a superior dining experience.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking, with a strong focus on South Indian dishes
• Knowledge of Hygiene standards and ability to apply cleanliness best practices in the kitchen
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to excellent Customer Service and the ability to cater to guest needs
• Prior experience in restaurant or food service roles is an advantage
• Passion for culinary arts and a dedication to maintaining high food quality
