Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead restaurant staff to deliver high-quality service to customers.
• Ensure smooth operation of the restaurant during shifts, including opening and closing duties.
• Train new staff members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant as per Domino's Pizza guidelines.
Requirements:
• Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in regional languages.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
