Assistant Manager – South Indian Restaurant (Dosaka) Location: Pan India Key Responsibilities: Manage daily restaurant operations (dine-in, takeaway & delivery) Supervise and support kitchen and service staff Ensure food quality, hygiene, and excellent customer service Handle customer queries and resolve complaints Assist with billing, cash handling, inventory, and daily sales Maintain FSSAI hygiene and safety standards Requirements: 1–3 years of restaurant/hospitality experience Knowledge of South Indian cuisine Good leadership, communication, and multitasking skills Basic computer knowledge (billing software & Excel) Hospitality degree/diploma preferred Work Schedule: Flexible shifts Growth Opportunity: Career progression to Restaurant Manager.
