Job Description
Job Title: Resort Manager
Location: North Goa (Mandrem )
Salary: up to ₹50,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 5 years in resort/hotel management
Job Brief:
Resort Manager will oversee the entire running of a resort. The ideal candidate will ensure high guest satisfaction, efficient staff management, and smooth operational processes while maintaining quality service standards.. This also includes managing the accounting, marketing, stocking of housekeeping supplies, F&B, human resource, customer service etc.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring excellent guest experiences.
• Manage front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams.
• Implement and maintain service quality standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue to ensure profitability.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase bookings and occupancy rates.
• Maintain compliance with safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and local authorities as needed.
• Train and motivate staff to improve performance and service quality.
Desired Profile:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel/resort management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in handling guest relations and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of hospitality software and reservation systems.
• Ability to manage budgets, costs, and revenue effectively.
• Familiarity with local tourism trends and customer preferences in Goa.
