Duties
Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and sewage lines
Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and soldering techniques to complete tasks efficiently and safely
Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment while following proper safety protocols
Troubleshoot mechanical issues within plumbing systems to identify root cause.
Requirements
Proven experience in residential plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing codes and safety regulations
Mechanical knowledge related to pipe threading, soldering, drain cleaning, and general construction practices
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, carpentry skills, and basic math for measurements and calculations
Experience working on construction sites with exposure to remodeling or assembly projects
Physical ability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods
Valid driver’s license
