Plumb Quick is hiring an experienced Residential Service Plumber to run service calls throughout the DFW area.

This is a performance-based role for a plumber who can diagnose accurately, communicate professionally, present repair and replacement options, and deliver a 5-star customer experience.

We offer commission-based pay with a $1,000/week minimum guarantee for qualified full-time service plumbers. Top performers have the opportunity to earn $120,000–$200,000+ per year based on production, collected revenue, quality of work, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Run residential plumbing service calls throughout the DFW area
Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and explain findings clearly to homeowners
Present repair and replacement options without high-pressure sales
Perform residential plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations
Service and install water heaters, fixtures, toilets, faucets, disposals, valves, drains, sewer lines, water lines, and gas lines
Keep a clean truck, clean uniform, and professional appearance
Protect the customer’s home and leave the work area cleaner than it was found
Take before and after photos on jobs
Complete accurate job notes, estimates, invoices, and documentation
Collect payment when work is completed
Walk the customer through the completed work
Ask for reviews and help build long-term customer relationships
Communicate clearly with dispatch, office staff, and management
Qualifications

Residential service plumbing experience required
Journeyman license is a strong plus
Valid driver’s license required
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable using a tablet, phone, or service software
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
Ability to present options and financing when appropriate
Clean, professional appearance
Strong work ethic and accountability
Must take pride in quality work, customer service, and doing the job right the first time

This is a performance-based residential service plumbing position.

Commission-based pay
$1,000/week minimum guarantee for qualified full-time service plumbers
Top performers will earn $120,000–$200,000+ per year
