Job Description
Market and lease luxury residential units to prospective tenants through various channels (online listings, referrals, site visits).
• Conduct property tours and highlight key features and benefits to potential tenants.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Screen applicants, process rental applications, and verify documentation.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease agreements in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, occupancy rates, and tenant communications.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, including inspections and documentation.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure units are ready for occupancy.
• Stay updated on market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings.
• Assist in planning and executing leasing promotions and marketing campaigns.
