About the role
As a Residential Sales Officer, you’ll play a pivotal part in helping WA households access the right natural gas products and services. You’ll engage directly with residential customers, retain existing customers, win back previous ones, and generate new leads.
Responsibilities include:
Customer acquisition for residential natural gas markets
Engaging new customers and maintaining current customers engagement with residential natural gas products and services.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance objectives
Delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism
Contributing ideas and insights to support continuous improvement within the portfolio
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously to drive sales targets and overall business outcomes.
