A R S Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd. is a premium real estate consultancy based in South Delhi, specializing in luxury residential leasing, commercial leasing, and future expansion into residential sales. We are currently in our launch phase, building a high-performance team and scalable systems to serve HNIs, NRIs, expatriates, embassies, corporates, and institutional clients across South & Central Delhi.

Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales & Leasing Manager to lead business development across Residential, Commercial, or both segments in South & Central Delhi.
This is a founding role where you will be responsible for acquiring premium property inventory, building relationships with landlords, developers, channel partners and clients, managing end-to-end sales and leasing transactions, and contributing to the growth of the business.
The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. As the company grows, this role offers the opportunity to lead a larger team and take on greater leadership responsibilities.
Qualifications (Recommended)
Preferred Experience & Skills
5+ years of experience in Residential Sales, Residential Leasing, Commercial Sales, Commercial Leasing, or a combination of these.
Strong understanding of the South & Central Delhi real estate market.
Existing network of landlords, builders, developers, channel partners, brokers, or corporate clients will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
Experience using CRM tools is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong business ethics and a customer-focused approach.
