At BEST Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair, we’ve been the trusted heating and cooling company for Las Vegas, NV, since 2016. BEST Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair is actively seeking experienced full-time Residential Service Plumbing Technicians to diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems. Whether customers need us to install full piping and new fixtures or simply need a drain unclogged, we have them covered. Our mission is to provide quality residential plumbing and create happy satisfied customers for life.
We’re looking for plumbers who have strong communication and technical skills who want to use their ability to earn their income! If you have experience in residential plumbing, and your friendly personality makes customers happy, then we want to talk to you.
Pay Range: $60,000-$250,000/year
Weekly income guarantee of $500 to $750, tailored to your experience, augmented by commissions, ensuring you receive the highest possible compensation.

Equipment, uniforms, and fully stocked vehicle
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and components
Troubleshoot issues and provide effective, long-term solutions for homeowners
Perform drain and sewer service needs such as clearing blockages or identifying line issues
Deliver strong customer service and build trust on every call
Educate customers on repair options, maintenance, and system improvements
Document work performed and recommendations clearly
Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
Requirements:
2+ years of residential plumbing experience running service calls
Willing to work occasional weekends is preferred
Provide exceptional plumbing service/maintenance repairs by ensuring all repairs are performed according to manufacturer specifications as well as any applicable local and national codes
Possess basic hand tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Must be able to multi-task and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team
Must have a valid driver’s license, possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record
