Site lead/working foreman role on Multi-Family Townhome project(s). Must have “hands on”

experienced with all stages of construction.Duties include:
• Install and/or instruct apprentices to complete trunk lines, groundworks, rough in and finishing stages
• Monitor installation processes and provide training as needed
• Ensure field employees are adhering to health and safety regulations at ALL times
• Resolve on-site issues or conflicts between field employees, other trades, contractors and homeowners
• Supervise sub-contractors to make sure they are following our installation procedures guidelines
• Create material lists and manage onsite material storage crib
• Report any relevant on-site issues to management as needed
• Working “hands on”; will be required to install/repair/service plumbing systems day to day
