Looking for a High-Paying, Rewarding Summer Job?
We are now hiring Painters and Crew Managers for the summer 2026 season. Both roles are full-time and offer opportunities for growth within the company. We pride ourselves on creating a positive, energetic company culture that balances hard work with fun— including team events and company trips throughout the summer.
Although it is an asset, no previous painting experience is required. We provide comprehensive training to ensure every team member has the skills needed to succeed.
Painter Position
We’re looking for motivated individuals with strong attention to detail, a great work ethic, and a willingness to learn. This role offers performance-based pay, valuable hands-on skills, and the benefits of working outdoors during the summer.
Crew Manager Position
In addition to painting, Crew Managers gain leadership experience by overseeing a team of 2–3 painters. Responsibilities include ensuring projects run efficiently, maintaining quality standards, and supporting team morale. If you’re interested in leadership and responsibility, ask to be considered for this role.
Qualifications
Access to reliable transportation to and from job sites (having your own vehicle is an asset)
Availability to work full summer season (May–August)
Physical ability to move ladders and equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Compensation & Benefits
Earn up to $27+/hour, based on performance and quality of work
Performance-based bonuses at the end of the season
