Full job description
Ideal Candidate:

Work off architectural drawings and specifications.
Ability to install doors, entryways, trim, molding, fixtures, wall, and ceiling panels.
Ensure fittings and other components are of good quality.
Ability to delegate work within the team and relaying priorities/tasks from management to the team.
Passionate about construction
Self-Motivated and skilled
Lead Carpenter or be a strong second.
Has all required tools
Good communicator and able to collaborate with a team.
Brings unique set of eyes to problems.
Organized and independent
Willing to complete task beyond job description.
Be competent working with small hand tools, and woodworking machinery common to installations.
Keep a positive can-do attitude, always bring solutions to the table with the challenges.
Receive and give constructive feedback.
Additional Considerations:

Working at heights training / WHMIS training
Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
Experience

2-3 years experience in carpentry finishing
Can use power tools, hand tools, etc

License/Certification:
Driver's license (required)
Carpentry Technician Diploma/College level certificate in a related field
