Responsibilities
• Supporting the property manager with tenant inquires, paperwork for evictions and rent, & delivery of tenant notices
• Organizing all invoices and creating purchase orders
• Setting up new clients in the Yardi accounting system
• Getting together payroll information and entering data into spreadsheets
• Ordering office supplies as needed
• Coordinating with vendors to attend to tenant issues/maintenance
• Supporting with the administration of commercial properties
Qualifications
• 1+ years experience as a Property Administrator (Can be in residential or commercial)
• Experience with Yardi software is an asset
