Resourceful: When faced with a challenge, whether it's figuring out a tricky entry code or managing last-minute changes, you stay calm and find a solution quickly.
Meticulous: Small touches, like neatly arranging a stack of books or adjusting furniture, are things you naturally notice and take pride in. You’re the person who ensures everything is just right.
Physical Ability: You’re comfortable with physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, crouching, and kneeling, as part of your daily tasks.
Willingness to Learn: You’re open to mastering new cleaning techniques, products, and approaches. We provide the training, and you’re ready to grow and adapt.
Reliability and Communication: Strong communication skills in English are required. You’re committed to meeting set timelines and maintaining a high level of reliability. You also communicate early if your availability changes, ensuring minimal disruption to client schedules.

Interested in the Role?
Training Rate: $22 per hour
Post-Training Rate: $25-30 per hour depending on experience
Optional weekend shifts may be available if you’d like to pick up additional hours.
The role includes residential cleaning, move-in/move-outs, and small offices
Requirements:
A personal, reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
A working smartphone with data, compatible with apps for scheduling and communication.
Must have a Police Information Check and be bondable.
Ability to consistently lift 20lbs, bend, kneel, and twist while performing cleaning duties.
Cleaning experience is an asset, but not required.
Ability to interact and work well with people from all walks of life.
A strong sense of respect, responsibility, and self-awareness.
Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment.
Proficient in English.
