Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month
Union Living is looking for a Residence Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad.
We are seeking a professional who can take complete ownership of day-to-day operations and ensure an exceptional experience for residents.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the residence.
• Manage and coordinate with on-ground staff and vendors.
• Handle resident concerns and ensure quick resolution of issues.
• Maintain service quality and ensure a positive community experience.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all operational and facility requirements.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication skills (mandatory).
• Hands-on approach to operations and team management.
• Ability to manage residents and handle situations calmly and efficiently.
• Prior experience in hospitality or operations will be an added advantage.
Additional Details
• Preference will be given to candidates who are based nearby and know Gujarati.
• Accommodation can be provided for the right candidate based on profile.
• Experience in co-living or managed living spaces will be an added advantage.
