Ensure that rates being sold are correct rates
Review occupancy daily
Read group resumes daily and comply with changes and requests
Ensure service standards are maintained, receiving and acting upon customer feedback
Ensure proper standards are adhered to when answering phones and dealing with guest calls/issues
Adhere to company guidelines
Assist with the preparation and distribution of group contracts and rooming lists
Monitor group blocks and adjust as necessary to maximize hotel revenue
Provide support to the Reservations Manager in handling overflow group reservation inquiries
Other duties may be assigned as needed

Located on Main Street, guests can enjoy a variety of upscale shops, a 17-Cineplex movie theater, and over a dozen restaurants all just steps away from our door.

WORK OBJECTIVE:

The Reservations Group Coordinator is responsible for supporting Sales Managers with their group reservations, assisting guests with the booking reservation process, and completing reports and inputting data into the hotel’s property management system (PMS).
