As a Reservations Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for guest and agent enquiries received via phone, webchat, and email. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless experience from their first interaction.


What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

Previous reservations experience (highly desirable)
Strong time‑management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
A proactive, professional, and personable communication style
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as needed
Solid numerical skills and confidence working with pricing and adjustments
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
A drive to succeed, with a passion for meeting sales targets
