Process individual and group bookings, including data input, confirmation, and managing cancellations or modifications, in line with company procedures.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information through various channels (phone, email, chats).
Provide excellent customer service by handling concerns, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sell and promote services, with potential for upselling or cross-selling additional products.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer information, and other relevant data.
Manage customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
Required Skills:
Strong organizational skills to manage bookings, records, and various tasks efficiently.
Empathy and efficiency in resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to sell and promote services effectively.

Experience in a similar role within the last 3 years is desirable.
