Reservations Agent - Seasonal

Do you enjoy plan tours? Are you ultra-organized? Are you a super multi-tasker? If so, this position may be for you?

The Position:

The Reservations Agent would receive emails and calls for Escorted Multi Day tours, Self Drive vacations and Step on Guide Services. You would make the sale, upsell by adding pre/post hotel nights; hotel transfers. collect payments on tours as well as submit payroll for guides.

You will have the following skills

Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers
Fluent in English
Knowledge of Atlantic Canada geography and sights
Motivation and ability to work independently as well as a strong team player
Positive “can do” attitude
Professional manner and appearance
