Job Summary:
We are seeking a Reservation & Revenue Assistant to join our team. This role will involve processing and inputting FIT/Group reservations, ensuring accurate actioning within the same working day, and assisting with the input of group reservations rooming lists.
The ideal candidate will have reservations experience in an international brand hotel/resort, excellent administration skills, a strong sales focus, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and input FIT/Group reservations following hotel reservations policy
• Ensure all reservations are accurately actioned within the same working day
• Assist with the input of group reservations rooming list
• File processed reservations in designated areas
• Prepare a three-month market segment outlook and maintain on a daily basis by monitoring actual results versus forecast for plan achievement
• Complete and analyze month-end reports
• Outline risks and opportunities relative to meeting rooms versus Guest room availability to present at weekly meetings
• Perform any other duties assigned by the manager
