As the gateway to Magnetic Island, we are pleased to create a happy, safe, and welcoming experience for all guests that are travelling with us.
We want you to help us do just this.
If you are passionate about service and enjoy helping people having a superb experience, you are right for us.
Your primary job as face of the company and first point of contact for our customers, is to positively engage with every person, arrange bookings and reservations for people travelling to, and from Magnetic Island.
Its important to us that you are;
Safety Focused.
Enjoy a fast paced environment. Possess a Growth Mindset for yourself and the business. You are a Cool Cat! and communicate well, even whilst under pressure. It's a close Team. So be prepared to have Fun! Experience with Microsoft Office and Booking Systems is recommended
Available to work 20-30 hours a week
