Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservation Executive located at Ananta Hotels and Resorts. The Reservation Executive will be responsible for managing reservations, creating and maintaining guest profiles, handling customer service inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications
Communication skills, both written and verbal
Customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
Reservations management skills, including managing room inventory and availability
Customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
Sales. skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Experience using hotel reservation systems, such as Opera.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Experience working in the hotel industry is must,
