Job Description
Great opportunity to work with well known premium brand company and grow.
We are one of the leading hospitality company in India having presence in Mumbai ,Bangalore and Kolkata with our 7 premium restaurants with luxury brands Yauatcha ,Hakkasan ,Nara Thai and CinCin.
We are looking for a Reservation Executive /Sr Executive profile for our Reservation Department (Female)
Work Location - Head Office (Bandra West - 5 Mins walking distance from Bandra railway station)
Week Off : Any 1 day (between Monday to Thursday) + SL + PL
Salary - 15 k to 30 K take home + PF +ESIC + Family Mediclaim etc. (No bar for right candidate)
Responsibility Areas:
To attend guest calls and provide necessary information to guest queries
To make guest reservations as per reservation process and updating reservation system with complete information
To Plan reservations during busy days to ensure maximum efficiency and revenue generation
To ensure detailed guest profiles are updated in the system
To coordinate with Operations and Marketing team and provide required guest information to make guest experience personalized and memorable
To follow standard reservation phraseology
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,128.88 - ₹25,+66.+2 per month
