Job Description:
Star Travellers DMC is looking for a Reservation Executive / Operations Executive to join our team. The role involves handling reservations, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms regarding reservations and travel services.
• Process and confirm bookings, ensuring accurate entry of details.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other vendors for seamless service execution.
• Assist in itinerary planning and provide necessary travel-related information to clients.
• Maintain records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Support the operations team in handling travel logistics and on-ground arrangements.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and confirmations with clients and vendors.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience: 2 to 6 years
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for the travel industry and a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Internship or prior experience in reservations, operations, or customer service is a plus.
• Familiarity with destinations like Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia.
• Basic understanding of reservation systems or travel booking platforms.
