Role Overview:

You will work on the latest advancements in AI technology, researching and experimenting with state-of-the-art models and techniques to create solutions for our applications. Key Responsibilities:
Research & Analysis:
• Study and analyze the latest developments in AI, including LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama), AI agents, and RAG techniques.
• Explore AI frameworks and their potential applications in our solutions.
Model Experimentation:
• Experiment with and fine-tune LLMs to meet specific requirements.
• Explore how AI agents can enhance functionality in accounting and related applications.
Data Processing:
• Work with structured and unstructured data to prepare datasets for model training and testing.
Solution Development:
• Collaborate with the team to propose AI-driven solutions for ongoing projects.
• Build prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility of research concepts.
Knowledge Sharing:
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate research findings.
• Stay updated on AI trends and share insights with the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background
• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
Technical Skills
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Understanding of LLMs, RAG, and AI agent architectures.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python and experience with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Streamlet and Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of NLP and computer vision is a plus.
Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate research findings effectively.
• Self-motivated and eager to explore cutting-edge technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with fine-tuning or deploying LLMs.
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) for RAG systems.
• Knowledge of MLOps pipelines and AI deployment practices.
• Interest in building AI solutions for business applications like accounting.
