Responsibilities:
• Guide high school students in conducting, writing, and publishing high-quality research papers.
• Supervise students' progress from thesis finalization to submission for publication in reputable journals.
• Select journals/publications with the highest chances of successful publication for the research.

Qualifications:
• PhD in Physics or related field
• Active involvement in academia and research
• Experience working with talented youth
