Key Responsibilities
Work according to project requirements
Ensure each record meets quality standards
Quickly and accurately handle urgent data entry tasks
Meet daily targets on time while following project guidelines
Attend recommended training sessions and take assessments
Exposure to work with international clients during night shifts
Communicate effectively with clients through chat, phone calls, and emails during night shifts
Essential qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
Good internet research skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in a BPO or similar industry is an advantage
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
