Job Name: Research Analyst (Non-Voice) Job Role: Analyst Industry: IT/KPO/BPO Process: Non-Voice, Back end Shift: Day -Night Job Location: Udaipur Experience : 0 to 5 Year Skills: Good Communication, Typing Speed, Word, Excel Salary: Best in the industry Education: Any Graduate Job Summary: We are looking for a Research analyst to survey customer preferences and statistical data in order to support customers during their decision-making process regarding product designs, prices, and promotions Extract, format and deliver accurate, complete and relevant results from multiple databases to meet a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative information/data requests for the US- and UK-based customers (bankers and consultants) Interact directly both by telephone and email with US and UK customers to provide high-level professional customer service. Learn and follow research process best practices for a broad range of research products, using analytical abilities and judgment to select the most relevant research content for delivery to the customer. Job Description : Follow Quality Assurance guidelines/procedures with an eye on customer satisfaction and sales success. Perform Quality Assurance Feedback as related to quality audits. Work with Team members towards compliance with all policies and procedures. Work with Team Leaders and Training Department to promote quality and consistency. Compile and maintain accurate monitor records. Willing to problem-solve and "go the extra mile" when confronted with challenging situations such as the inability to easily find information about a particular company or individual. Perform both basic and complex tasks with a high degree of accuracy, consistency and in a timely manner. This will require the ability to meet productivity goals and to estimate workload and turnaround. Ability to work under time pressure and juggle priorities/ multi-task in quick work turnaround situations
