Answering Inbound calls from the customer

- Solving queries and providing information

- Processing room booking or airline ticket

- Reconfirmation by call or email

Required Candidate profile
• Graduation is Mandatory
• Freshers/Work Experience
• Less than 25 yrs of age
• Smart, confident well versed in English
• Excellent spoken as well as written communication

-Rotational Shifts/ 5 days
