Requirement of Advocates for a South Delhi based office

Applications are invited from Advocates interested to work on litigation side for an Advocates office based in South Extension, New Delhi.

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelors degree in law from a recognized university.
Enrolment with any State Bar Council.
0 to 5 years of standing at the Bar.
Strong command over written and spoken English.
Prior experience in litigation, drafting, legal research, and court appearances will be preferred.

Role Responsibilities:
Handling matters before various courts, tribunals, and forums in Delhi.
Conducting in-depth legal research and case law analysis.
Drafting pleadings, applications, written submissions, and legal opinions.
