• Generate new customer leads through various channels
• Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities
• Selling life insurance on phone and if possible visit for area sales near by Gangtok
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement
• Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service
• Interested leads will be provided by the company, generate interest and complete an online application (proposal form) along with the customer & help customer with online payment completion.
• Leads will be from interested customers.
• Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and submit to Gangtok head-office
• Understand customer needs and requirements of online customers, who are looking to purchase a new online life insurance product nearby Gangtokor wish to understand more/have queries to be resolved.
