What you’ll do
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive from Pharma or direct healthcare background to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.
The goal is to meet and surpass the company s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Achieve sales and activity targets for the area assigned through patient volumes at Our Centers, through business tie ups video consultations and chronic disease management plan.
Explore leads for BTL activities. Plan , Coordinate and Organize various Health Events across these leads
Explore & build upon new business opportunities existing in the territory assigned
Prepare and maintain a database of patients visitingOur Centers and directly connect with patients for coordination and Conversion to the provider network Doctor/ hospital.
Organize health events, ensure 360 degree promotion around each event in the catchment.
Develop Corporate, PSU, societal leads for business tie ups in the assigned area
Develop revenue stream through various social groups and societies in the assigned area.
Meet the basic field activity norms That is Doctor Sales Calls, KOLs sales calls, RMP Calls, Patient follow up calls on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Regular connect with all partners and provider network doctors, to ensure smooth business operations, especially between providers and satellite centers / patients.
Explore opportunities for Tie ups with pharma companies to conduct multi super specialty camps by optimizing the marketing budget spent.
Ensure regular updates about Business progress is shared to all Partners, Important leads, Patients. This will bring lot of brand value and loyal customers.
Requirements-
Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
Proficiency in English and Hindi
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Basic healthcare &Medical Knowledge
