Job Description
Over Financial Industry & HDFC group of company HDB Finance is currently hiring as Operations Executive in Raipur area, at all interested & eligible candidates can submit their application through online application mode to get consider.

Location: Raipur Chattisgarh (Work location can be nearby area)
Job type: Full-time/ On-roll with HDB
Industry: Financial Company (BFSI)
Department : Operation- Branch Admin / Back-office jobs
Key functions at HDB Careers in Raipur:
• Co-ordination with central Raipur branch operation team in
• Preparation of Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification.
• Must be ensuring on-time payments of the customers.
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant entries.
• Processing and Disbursement of pending files.
• Checking and verification of KYC documents/ details.
• Handling all administration in Raipur branch activities.
• Need to do regular follow-ups with existing customers who have submitted queries.
• Cross selling of BFSI products from current customers.
• Pre-screen customer segments as per the organization norms
• Need follow-ups with pending enrollment/kyc forms
Skills Required: Good Communication Skills, High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm, Customer Relationship.
Skill to be have to join HDB Finance:
• Candidate must be Graduate in any field (12th pass and 3+ year degree)
• 1-3 yrs of relevant experience in Operation of BFSI Industry.
• Good communication/presentation skills, High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm and pleasing personality
• Should have experience of handling multiple product sales nearby Raipur city customers
• Processing and Disbursement of file and make sure complete within given time limit.
• Must be time oriented
• Language preference: English or Hindi Chhattisgarhi
