Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:
- Provide nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities as needed.
- Observe, assess, and report any changes in patients conditions to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans.
- Medical Procedures:
- Assist with medical procedures, treatments, and diagnostic tests as directed by physicians.
- Maintain and handle medical equipment properly, ensuring its cleanliness and functionality.
- Patient Education:
- Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-treatment care.
- Provide guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and preventing illnesses.
- Record Keeping:
- Accurately document patient information, medical histories, treatment plans, and progress in medical records.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient data.
- Infection Control:
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic healthcare environment.
- Emergency Response:
- Respond promptly and efficiently to medical emergencies and provide immediate medical attention and care.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with fellow nurses, doctors, and support staff to ensure effective patient care and overall hospital efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution. Valid nursing license from the Rajasthan Nursing Council. Proven experience as a Nurse in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred. Knowledge of medical procedures, patient care, and infection control protocols. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals. Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to caregiving. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
