Location : Mumbai (Bhayandar)
Designation : HR Executive

Job location : 1. Bhayandar : Near railway station and BP Road

Qualification : Any Graduate ( Experience OR Fresher can apply )

Candidates with excellent communication skills.
Should come with Positive attitude, confident, flexible to shifts & target oriented.
Should be able to manage multiple tasks.
Should be target oriented/Capable of handling work pressure.

Bulk hiring

Shift timings -10 am to 7:00 pm
Working Days : Mon to Sat Sunday Fix off
Salary : 10000 to 17500 (Depends on candidates Interview Performance )

Roles and Responsibilities
• Identifying the right candidate with the right skills to match the requirements of the client.
• Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Tracking candidates and follow-ups, Processing CVs, Updating/Maintaining Internal database from internal database, from various portals, and through references.
• Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like LinkedIn, Job Portals, networking, headhunting to fill the vacant positions.
• Doing Mass Mails by putting the right set of keywords, job posting on portals.
• Getting References from Candidates.
• Convincing candidates who have been offered by the company, ensuring that they are joining.
• Maintaining Weekly Monthly Database and Reports.
