We are looking for Front Desk officer in Chennai, who'll be at first point of contact as customers entering a bank branch, Your role in bank involves greeting and assisting customers, providing information about bank products and services, and processing customer transactions.

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the branch,

• The answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls as per request
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, pins, forms etc)

• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
