Present creative concepts and campaign executions to clients, internal stakeholders, and leadership with clarity and confidence.
Oversee the end-to-end creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in advertising, technology, and consumer behavior to maintain a cutting-edge creative edge.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the creative department.
Represent the agency at industry events, award shows, and networking forums to build brand visibility and talent pipeline.
Mentor and develop junior creative talent, supporting career growth and succession planning.
Requirements
2–5 years of progressive experience in creative leadership roles within advertising, marketing, or media agencies.
Proven track record of leading award-winning campaigns across multiple platforms and formats.
Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, creative excellence, and commercial impact.
Deep understanding of brand storytelling, consumer psychology, and digital innovation in advertising.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in managing creative teams, budgets, and project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Design, Communications, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
Experience working with multinational clients and navigating diverse cultural contexts is highly desirable.
