Job Description
Managing the delivery of core HR Admin support services for UK/US/EU/APAC region. The role will also require the individual to motivate, mentor, coach and groom the team.
Ensure quality and adequate fiscal controls throughout the process within the time requirements and in compliance with the local law.
The incumbent will work with a team of HR Admin support professionals responsible for timely, accurate HR and Payroll inputs.
Ensure process & KM compliance along with meeting client and internal commitments. Own all customer escalations and complaints.
Process and Transaction Excellence Customer Service Excellence Data Driven Issue Resolution Legal and Compliance Leverage Best Practices Organizational Awareness Process and Transaction Excellence Customer Service Excellence Data Driven Issue Resolution Leverage Best Practices Organizational Awareness Support the HR Admin transaction processing to cover processes like employee data changes, terminations/ retirements, new hires etc.
Monitoring team s performance against the agreed SLAs Escalation Management Review quality assurance reports that pertain to hourly and salary payroll Work HR Admin input error reports Provide information to internal research specialist on the resolution of individual associate pay inquires Skill/Experience Requirements Knowledge of HRO ERP s Ability to work in fast pace environment with tight deadlines Knowledge of payroll fundamentals Strong analytical skills High standards for accuracy Detail oriented Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly Excellent written and verbal skills Total 4- 6 years of payroll, HR or related experience required Must have minimum 1-2 years of team handling experience 1.
Global Team handling experience 2. Available for UK Shifts 3. Location- Pune
