WHAT YOU'LL DO
AppDynamics is Cisco’s core Application Monitoring product. It monitors traditional applications built on traditional IT infrastructures. AppDynamics Cloud is a separate software solution for applications built on cloud-native platforms to address the growing cloud-native market, driven by Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and others. Cisco offers both software solutions in parallel since they serve different observability use cases. That way, we’re there for our customers, whatever their application strategy is. And as companies migrate more to the Cloud, AppDynamics Cloud will play an increasingly prominent role in helping our customers get observability across their entire IT stack.
As a Cisco AppDynamics Renewals Specialist within Cisco’s Global Renewals organization, you will focus on existing customers and their AppDynamics software renewals. You will be working within Global Renewals, as part of the Cisco Cloud Infrastructure and Software Group Renewals Specialist team.

The Global Renewals organization is one of the fastest-growing teams with diverse and motivated individuals that consistently deliver top line revenue in working with partners and customers to drive renewals and growth. We serve our customer lifecycle through a series of selling motions to drive higher value and an efficient experience from Cisco solutions.
As a Cisco AppDynamics Renewals Specialist, you will partner closely with AppDynamics Field Sales Representatives supporting partners and customers to drive the renewal, allowing Field Sales Representatives the ability to focus on new logo pursuits. You will also partner with the product business unit driving Cisco Full Stack Observability solutions through which we connect Cisco customers with solutions that can transform their businesses. We will provide you with a platform for success including mentor, training, and on-the-job learning that will strongly support you in your career advancement.
