Pinnacle Remote Staffing is hiring a Remote Technical Support Representative to join our distributed team on a flexible hours basis. In this role you will be responsible for logging tickets and following up until resolved; maintaining a high customer satisfaction score; answering inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. This position is entry-level, and we're looking for someone with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask across chat and email queues. All work is done remotely with occasional virtual team check-ins.
