Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to remote members of staff, diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
Test new equipment and provide technical guidance on all aspects of interviewing work
Support the building, testing, and dispatching of equipment, as well as manage the returns process
Monitor and respond to Service Desk calls logged by the field staff and Field Enquiry Line
You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders within surveys directorate and digital services to ensure effective communication and resolution of technical issues.
