Job Description
Neat N’ Tidy is a fast-growing residential and commercial cleaning company serving customers across Denver, Phoenix, Chicago, Charlotte, Seattle, and DMV. We take pride in providing top-quality service and building a reliable, professional team of cleaners who represent our brand values every day. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Recruiter to help us attract, hire, and onboard the best cleaning professionals.
Compensation: $4 per hour (contract role, 100% remote).
What You’ll Do
Source and Attract Qualified Candidates
Use platforms like Facebook, Nextdoor, and local community networks to reach and engage cleaner applicants.
Develop targeted recruitment strategies tailored to each market to ensure consistent hiring success.
Screen and Interview Applicants
Review resumes and applications to identify top candidates.
Conduct phone or virtual interviews to assess reliability, skills, and availability.
Manage Job Postings and Applicant Pipelines
Write engaging job postings that highlight the benefits of working with Neat N’ Tidy.
Maintain organized candidate pipelines, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
Collaborate with Management on Staffing Needs
Partner with leadership to understand staffing goals.
Provide regular hiring updates, sharing insights on challenges and opportunities.
Coordinate Onboarding of New Cleaners
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth training and integration.
Run orientation sessions that introduce expectations, processes, and tools.
Develop and Refine Recruitment Strategies
Track recruitment outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on hiring trends and adjust sourcing methods as needed.
Maintain Candidate Communication
Act as the main point of contact for applicants throughout the process.
Deliver clear, professional communication that reflects our values.
Track and Report Recruitment Metrics
Record key data (applications, interviews, hires, time-to-hire).
Share insights and recommendations with management.
Support Expansion Efforts
Prepare recruitment strategies for future market expansions.
Help build a scalable hiring process to fuel growth.
Foster a Positive Recruitment Experience
Ensure all candidates feel respected and valued throughout the process.
Represent Neat N’ Tidy as an employer of choice in the cleaning industry.
Customer Follow-Up (Light Support)
After services, check in with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Relay feedback (positive or negative) to management for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
1+ years experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition (preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Comfort using social media, job boards, and online platforms for sourcing.
Proactive, resourceful, and committed to improving processes.
