The Professional Services Delivery Manager will lead a team responsible for implementing enterprise networking and security solutions, ensuring quality delivery, operational consistency, and exceptional customer experiences.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Professional Services Engineers, Technical Project Leads, and delivery resources supporting Networking and Security servicesDrive accountability for delivery quality, customer satisfaction, utilization, and technical executionSupport recruiting, onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planningFoster a collaborative, high-performing culture centered on ownership, communication, accountability, and continuous improvementProvide regular coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunitiesProvide leadership oversight across active Networking and Security services engagements to ensure scope adherence, technical quality, and successful customer outcomesPartner closely with PMO, Technical Project Leads, and Practice Leadership to proactively identify and resolve project risks, resource constraints, and escalationsReview project health, delivery readiness, staffing, and execution across medium- and high-complexity engagementsEnsure projects are appropriately staffed and technical ownership is clearly defined throughout the delivery lifecycleImprove consistency in project execution, customer communication, documentation, and delivery processesStandardize service delivery methodologies, technical documentation, templates, and quality controls across Networking and Security servicesParticipate in Statement of Work (SOW) reviews, delivery readiness assessments, and risk evaluations for strategic opportunitiesDefine and reinforce best practices for technical design reviews, implementation planning, testing, documentation, and project closeoutAnalyze delivery trends, customer feedback, and escalation patterns to drive continuous operational improvementPartner with Sales, Presales, PMO, and Practice Leadership to improve project handoffs, scope clarity, staffing alignment, and delivery readinessSupport complex customer opportunities by validating technical scope, delivery assumptions, staffing requirements, and project risksCollaborate with Networking and Security Practice Leaders to ensure technical standards and customer expectations remain alignedContribute to capacity planning, workforce forecasting, and long-term organizational growth strategiesServe as a senior escalation point for Networking and Security delivery engagementsReinforce proactive customer communication and strong technical accountability across the delivery organizationLead resolution efforts for critical customer situations by aligning technical resources and driving timely issue resolutionHelp build long-term customer confidence through consistent, high-quality service deliverySkills7+ years of experience in Professional Services, technical delivery, engineering leadership, or a related field3+ years of experience leading technical delivery or engineering teamsStrong background in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, or infrastructure servicesExperience leading customer-facing implementation, migration, integration, or transformation projectsDemonstrated success managing multiple concurrent delivery engagements while improving operational processesStrong understanding of project governance, resource planning, risk management, and customer escalation processesExceptional leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship management skillsAbility to balance operational discipline with practical execution in a fast-paced services environmentBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredBenefitsUnlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)Incentive compensation plans for all employeesCompany-funded 401k contributionsZero-cost employer-covered health insuranceAnnual BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) reimbursement up to $500Paid Parental LeaveTransparent, candid culture with 1:1 coaching, performance reviews, and a consistent feedback loop1:1 coaching, performance reviews, and a consistent feedback loopMust be based in the United States.Company OverviewMyriad360 is a global solutions and systems integrator specializing in cybersecurity, modern infrastructure, cloud services.
