Remote Office Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have office administration or customer service experience, a genuine passion for engaging with people, and the ability to work autonomously. They will manage multiple priorities, possess excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing, and have excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities include attending to inquiries from job seekers, coordinating interview requests and calendar invites, providing administrative assistance to team members, and working with a larger team to facilitate business functions and requests.

Our organization is 100% remote, allowing candidates to be based anywhere in Australia.
