Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- High level of client satisfaction with virtual training sessions.
- Effective resolution of technical issues during sessions.
- Timely preparation and distribution of session materials.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in training and development.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Google platforms, and cloud-based tools.
- Experience hosting training sessions or meetings using virtual meeting tools.
