About the Internship:
Recruit CRM is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainee to join our fast-growing team! As a Digital Marketing Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced marketing team, gaining hands-on experience and acquiring valuable skills in the digital marketing space. Your primary focus will be on search engine optimization (SEO), but you will also have the chance to delve into other areas of digital marketing such as social media marketing, research and analytics, and creative writing.
Key responsibilities:
- YouTube Channel Management
Develop and execute a content strategy for Recruit CRM's YouTube channel.
Work on video content creation - ideate new concepts, write scripts, and coordinate with the design teams for video creation.
Oversee video promotion on other social media platforms.
Optimize video content for search engines and user engagement.
Monitor key performance indicators such as views, subscriber count, and watch time.
- YouTube Community Management
Actively manage and moderate the YouTube community tab, responding to comments and queries.
Build and nurture relationships with subscribers and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with influencers and other YouTube channels for cross-promotion.
- Trend Analysis
Identify new trends in video marketing and propose innovative ideas to accelerate channel growth.
- Performance Metrics
Measure and report the performance of the YouTube channel and community engagement, assessing against planned goals and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, with exceptional communication skills.
1. - 2026 graduation year or post graduation year
2. - Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts with a focus on YouTube.
3. - Strong analytical and research skills.
4. - Excellent communication skills.
5. - Familiarity with video SEO and YouTube analytics.
6. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. - Strong attention to detail.
