Job Summary

As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role offers flexible shift options, including both day and night shifts, to cater to different time zones.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and troubleshooting procedures.
•
Handle customer complaints, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure effective resolutions.
•
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
•
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Adhere to company policies and quality standards to meet performance metrics.

Stay updated with product and service knowledge to offer the best support to customers.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
•
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is preferred.
•
Proven experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields.
•
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
•
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
•
Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other customer support tools.

Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
•
Experience in remote or work-from-home roles is an added advantage.
